License our self-paced online course, branded to your airport. We host it; your drivers, tenants, and contractors train on their own schedule with automatic tracking — paired with an on-site practical checkout for movement-area access.
Level 1 of four — the most hands-off for us and the most affordable for you, the entry point to the ladder. A scalable way to handle the classroom portion of training — especially for airports with rotating tenants and contractors. Drivers complete the course online whenever it suits them, pass the built-in knowledge checks, and you get a clean, exportable completion record. Like every plan, the course is customized to your airport.
The course is branded to your airport — built from your current Airfield Diagram and Airfield Operations Manual (AOM) — and kept current as guidance changes. For movement-area drivers, we pair the online theory with a supervised practical checkout — which we can deliver for you, or train your staff to run.
$2,400/year for Class III and IV airports. $4,800/year for Class I and II. That's the whole price — every driver, tenant, and contractor you need to train, with no per-enrollment billing and no seat counting at renewal.
Most hosted courses charge per head, which means your cost climbs every time your tenant roster does, and somebody on your staff spends time reconciling enrollment counts. We'd rather quote one number you can put in a budget line and forget about.
No scoping call and no quote request. Tell us your airport and class, and we invoice and provision from there.
If you're constantly onboarding new drivers and want training available 24/7 without scheduling a class every time, the hosted course scales with you. Note: online theory satisfies the classroom requirement — movement-area drivers still complete a supervised practical checkout before unescorted access.
Course content is written by a 14-year Control Tower Supervisor and built around 139.329 and AC 150/5210-20A — so the convenience never comes at the cost of compliance.
We'll walk you through a demo, talk through how enrollment keys work for your tenants, and scope a license to your driver volume.
